Helpers & group structure

Harrison leads the program. If enrollment grows, trained helpers and/or an additional instructor may assist with sign-in, supervision, setup, learning support, and group instruction. Helpers and instructors follow the class safety and communication rules. If enrollment grows further, students may be split into smaller groups based on age and experience — Harrison teaches the higher-level group when groups are split. The goal is to keep the class structured, safe, and useful for every student.
